I like this tunic and cant see any real problems.Manny has said it all.
The squared off looking cuff is standard for original HBT.You seem to be confusing original HBT with the woolen reproduction Janke tunics.Janke tunics with this feature arent HBT reproductions for start.The squared area ,on janke tunics,are much squarer and also much larger.
