Panzer wrap....opinions please

Please let me know what you think about this panzer wrap. Sorry the pics aren't better quality.
I assume the hand-written numerical markings (and some stamped) on the the lining (other than the obvious, though faded/worn, size markings) are Eastern Block theatre/museum inventory numbers??
What would the value on this wrap be?

As i wrote in the other Thread. Good Base Wrapper what was used after the War for Movie/Theater. Insignias restored. And when i remember correct, it was a few month back already posted somehwere in Forum.....
