Unknown 2 piece suit for identify

Hi all,

I have no idea what kind of set this is. The color is a standard reed green (some pics turned brownish due to camera though)
The pants can be buttoned up on top of the jacket in the waist area, see additional buttons on the jacket and loops inside the pants waist.
I could not find a marking.
Any ideas ? Somehow looks female ??

Clearly KM working uniform set , shirt and trousers .
Same jacket and trousers are existing in green HBT .
Unusual to see the set in this plain cloth !
