Officer collar tab dimensions

What are the normal dimensions of Officers Collar Tabs? Is there a standard dimension for normal Service collar tabs?
I know that Waffenrock tabs usually measure 7.5 cm x 4 to 4.5 cms for Officers.

The factory made items were standard sizes but some insignia was especially made in different sizes. Like shoulder boards for officers, the collar insignia was sometimes "tailor" made for smaller people so it did not look ridiculous and would fit on a collar. This is especially seen for dress and parade clothing.
