Look good to me.

They appear to be original which started out with Litzen stitched on them and then removed to use TK's. Nice tabs.

The Totenkopf on Feldgrau tabs were ordered removed in 1943, then replaced by Doppellitzen.

Could these be a pair of tabs that had the Doppellitzen removed, and the Totenkopf have been post 1945 mounted?

That is true for Sturmartillerie, however Panzerjager continued to wear them.
