Heer Tropical Uniform?

I saw this today for a little under $1000. I was wandering if it's original, wouldn't the Insignia be tropical?

Little hard to tell from the photos but it looks like a late 3rd Pattern tunic which would have had tropical insignia when it left the factory.
What has happened since then is anybody's guess...

Better photos might identify the jacket a little better. Not sure about the straps/litzen either, again better photos are needed.

HBT cloth is not something what I would like to see in tropical jacket of any kind. I'm not sure if this one is real.

Don't forget the LW tropical pants in sand colour HBT for example ? dated 1941 ...
The jacket is a basic HBT faded repro with original badges .

The LW uniforms might be only exception withing tropical uniforms ( like early pattern blue tropical jacket which I have seen made of hbt ), but Heer or Km jacket I have seen only in ribbed cotton.
