This uniform belonged to a Feldwebel of Infanterie Regiment 105, part of the 72th Infanterie Division. They fought on the Krim, so the Krimshield would make sense.

I can't comment on the originality of the uniform, as I have not enough knowledge about that subject.

But to answer your primary question: This is a Heeres uniform, not Kriegsmarine.

Technically it was produced as a KM tunic, issued 1940. My feeling is it is a put together piece. The late war Heer eagle on this tunic is unusual.
I would guess collector put together to make a heer tunic.

            Hello,

It's a Coastal Artiilery KM jacket with Heer insignias.
The buttons have been changed as well.

Thank you gentlemen I did not express myself for me too no doubt model for the kriegsmarine
But for you it is possible paid for the heer or a montage done by a collector who wanted to do a tunic heer
              Thank you

Definitely a KM tunic of course, however the absence of a KM depot stamp might suggest it may not have been supplied to the KM but rather found its way to the Heer somehow.
I'd consider that option before ripping off the Heer insignia and restoring it to something it never may have been in the first place.
More interesting as an Heer-anomaly than as a standard run of the mill KM tunic imo.

Yes KM pattern obviously but such anomalies did occur.... The lack of a typical KM depot stamp is a good indicator it could be ligit!!! I agree!
                  It happened.

                    Thank you gentlemen
What makes me ask myself questions is also if it is well war time so it would have been handed out at the end of the war given the eagle's chest
And why the lack of silver edging around the collar for an NCO?
                    Thank you
