Ribbon bar for review

Would anyone be familiar with this bar? I know the pictures are not great but it is dark green with silver stitched borders.

This is an exceptionally rare ribbon. Yours is only the 2nd one I have seen.

I have this same ribbon bar that accompanied my Untervorschule (spelling?) marksmanship lanyard, which is green. Mine also appears hand made. I assume it was some sort of award given to the students at the school.

The lanyards are difficult to find as well.
