It's difficult to tell the basic material color. Are they dark green on the top? The piping appears to typical "basket weave" for Nebelwerfer and the straps have unusual characteristics such as wider than normal and odd where the piping goes into the straps leaving it exposed. Strictly private purchase. The cloth on the bottom side seems to have an unusual coarse weave as well.

I think it good shoulder straps. Shoulder straps for Nebelwerfer with such piping also several times came across to me. Here one of them.
