not really. The middle strap is just too short. I bet it is a common fake.

Don’t be discouraged

Dieter60, do not be discouraged. The base tunic is very solid, and was likely stripped at one point. Untouched tunics are difficult to find, but that is part of the fun and satisfaction of collecting. Keep searching, you will find that perfect one.
