    Whatizzit?

    Guys,
    A friend stumbled across this patch in an old collection and neither of us had a clue what it was. While I recognize the edelweiss I don't have a clue about the green ring. Anyone have a clue?

      Hard to tell ... any country having mountains would have had some kind of mountain troops. It's not German WW2 though.
