The eagle is for sure but I don't think I can ever recall (at least right now) seeing one with the brown/tan backing originally sewn to a jacket,but it is however sewn way too low. Have seen both types of late machine embroidered trap insignia (brown and green backing) sewn to M43 hats.

Someone spent extra time making the collar tabs and breast eagle look dirty. That immediately draws attention as very likely being replaced.

Collar patches are not accurate , with early white pipings patches ...
and repro IMO , not sure ?
