Not sure what boards these are... Assistance appreciated!

These might be Heer Officer's artillery, or LW. I've also seen this board listed as Feldgendamerie.

The one thing that stands out to me is the "brightness" of the braid material.

All the answers below are correct, but to add to them they could be Luftwaffe officer field service or dress quality (as there is no disnction for the Luftwaffe), or Heer dress quality boards.

Heer parade dress (Waffenrocks) requires boards with the bright plaiting, but dress quality uniforms such as the Officer's Piped Field Service Tunic and Officer's New Style White Tunic also used them (the latter in a T-form configuration).
