Green cloth eagle help

Hi
I have tried searching previous threads to ascertain if this is original and the nearest I can come up with is this:

My ability to spot the little things that distinguish rubbish from good is still very limited and I would therefore appreciate your help before confining this bird to the fake box.

Hi Andy, I am no expert on Bevo eagles and only own a couple, but I cannot recall ever seeing one like this before, with the "dots" woven into the wings and the very strange colour to the backing thead? With the way the back is woven, I would dismiss it as a fake.

Johnny is the man to talk to about these.

Definately repro... I have personally sewn a number of these onto repro uniforms for re-enactors.

Hello Andy,indeed just as the others stated a repro
I will bet that the loose threads of the backing are also a kind of modern polyester
