GSP? Smoke Troop? Not sure on these...

Sold to me as GSP boards, but depending on what book I look in, online gallery I view or dealer site I visit I get a different take on what branch these belong to. Although I know this has been discussed to death, the color variations are so confusing.

Opinions greatly appreciated!

IMO are shoulder straps of city gendarmerie of police of the Reich.

Nick (and others), I agree, but in looking online there seems to be a color variation that gave me pause to look again. Does anyone have a definitive Smoke Troop board or tab to post for color comparison?
