Officer's bullion breast eagle for identification and review

Hey all,

This is the only bullion eagle I have and I've been looking at some various sites and books to determine what it is. I've seen a Heer eagle that looked the same, and I've also seen a Panzer one that looked identical. The backing cloth is black and it appears to be uniform-removed.

Guidance on this one is much appreciated!

I don't know Nick, looks black to me. Here's some close up pics with the flash off in natural (sun) light. I also see green threads that I assume were from the attachment to the tunic. Probably Heer as they would have used black thread to attach it to a Panzer tunic? I see what appear to be brown threads too. Leave it to me to have some weird one...

Put the eagle on a real black piece of cloth and you will see
if it's Navy blue or black !

As requested, on two types of black fabric and one navy blue for contrast. Backing is definitely black with brown flecks/threads.

I agree. Panzer or Heer, do you think? Also, a good example overall? I know you were iffy on this one before.
