Org. Todt armband questions

This armband came with a bunch of stuff that a vet's nephew sol to me. The Todt armbands that I can find pictures of are bevo and not printed. Also, most have a brown strip of cloth sewn connecting the top and armband. I was curious as to opinions on this one. I have no issues with where it came from or that it is time period, but is the printed title unusual, ok, etc? Thanks for any help you may give me.
