Summer assult gunner wrap with WH tabs

Hi guys,
Ive never been an expert on these, but should these go with artilerry tabs or panzer skull tabs?
ANd yet, the seller, who is a trusted one in the hobby claims the tabs are originaly sewn

ive never seen this combination before and im kind of interested in this
