I concur that..,they're not WW2..

You can find them in yellow,red etc..
On a jacket they look very convincing..

No idea,but it's no WW2 Luftwaffe Tresse,that's for sure..

Bundeswehr or DDR I'd guess, but nothing about them speaks to being period WWII Heer straps.
