Officer Greatcoat

I was wondering if it is worth picking up this Greatcoat. I assume it is an Officer one, it has had sewn in shoulderboards, which have been removed at some point, someone has just popped some police officer boards into the holes. There are no visible stamps or labels in the coat. it is made in heavy wool, fully lined with hangar and sword slit.
Ok I know Greatcoats aren't everyones cup of tea, but what is a fair price to offer for this one

It's a nice original one too bad for the boards, I would say it's price is around 200-250 euros.

Kees: Those actually aren't my hands, I was taking the pictures, the current owner was holding it!!! I was thinking the same yes they could do with a bit of a scrub.....
