Heer infantry officer collar tabs for review

This is a set of tabs I bought off the E-Stand, along with a bunch of other tabs and boards. The seller was candid that he wasn't 100% sure about these, and sold them in the lot for a low price.

I have never seen this type of construction before (see back of one of the tabs), but again I am a rank novice here.

Thoughts are appreciated, and I'll post more of the purchase soon!
