Great idea. I have always thought these are a wonderful item to collect for Luftwaffe collectors -- not terribly expensive but can keep you occupied in obtaining them for quite some time. They can always be found at shows.

What I particularly like are the aluminum wire versions of these specialty patches. Here are a few from my collection. Workmanship is really outstanding.
