Breast Eagle Found Today

I was out running around today and found this at a local shop for $25. It was salty so I couldn’t pass it up. It looks like it was in a photo album at one point. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

A nice original 2nd pattern Heer enlisted man's white on dark green breast eagle. Nice pick.

You can see that it was removed from a tunic, which gives it more historical appeal imo.

Thanks I don't collect as much anymore but I seen this and I couldn't pass it up. The guy had a unissued white eagle which made me feel it was mouse gray in color but I could be wrong.
