    Unknown Collar Tab-Help!

    Can anyone help me ID the collar tab on the guy sitting to the left? I've tried showing it to several other knowledgable collectors but it seems to stump everyone..The other seated soldier has Coastal Artillery shoulder boards and I think the guy behind as well but it's hard to tell. Looks like they were doing a little Christmas or New Years Eve celebrating ...No info on back...

    and here's a close-up. It almost appears as if it's a flaming bomb, similar to an SS 'Landstorm Nederland' collar tab but the positioning is wrong. The other tab is blank. He is also wearing 2 narrow style shoulder boards. Your thoughts gentlemen...
