Name on tailor label?

This tailor label is inside a LW Hauptmann's tunic. I'd like to do a little research on this officer, but first I want to be sure, what the name reads.
Any suggestions? Should be easy for some of you, but I always struggle with handwriting...even my own
Note: The small dot below the "N" in "BREMEN" is not part of the writing, just a small hole in the label.

No one is able to read it?
I think it starts with "Leutn", the rank he had when the tunic was made.
But the name is hard for me to read.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Surname looks like "Meyer" to me - if that is the case, it will be tough, as this is a VERY common name in Germany.

Could you make a close-up, right over the label?

Below is a flat closeup.
The rank insignia on the tunic, which shows no signs of having been replaced, is for a flight Hauptmann, but there's no secondary blue piping, indicating reserve.
But since the tunic is from '38, I guess he could've been transferred to active duty later.
