Uniform Effekten

The top right is a sewn on rank insignia for the Heer rank of Oberschuetze on HBT cloth.

The top left looks to be a Luftwaffe collar tab, Pionier (if black) rank equivalent of private.

The bottom are shoulder strap slides thought to represent Panzergrenadier Rgt. 15

or possibly one of the battalions of Infanterie Rgt. 15. They would be worn on shoulder straps of enlisted through NCO ranks.
