WH pants?

Not sure where this pair of pants originates from. My guess is it could either be German private purchase or Dutch perhaps?

Any comments are welcome!

no stamps or labels unfortunately.. Blue pocket cloth is very thick material.. as is the ribbed material itself, very heavy, probably wool.

Typical Tailor work . The cloth is not typical german , why not Dutch ?

Indeed an Dutch made, but the heaviest ribbed one ive ever seen.

Those belt trapezoids I've seen on French pants, the buttons also look to be French.
