Unless it is something private purchase then I would have to say it is a reproduction,with original insignia applied.

As I told you for me too it is not an original german tunic.
It is made in a wrong way with too many mistakes.
Button holes closed and other details show this is a swedish jacket as Hptm. Fuhrman pointed out.
Send it back.
