Heer Major Shoulder Boards?

Hi, I have this tunic repro, obviously, and I would like to use it for reenacting. It is a size 44. I think the the shoulder boards are too far to the edge of the shoulders. Do you think the placement of the shoulder boards is ok? Is this because of the cut of the tunic, or is it because of the size? (Sorry about image size

Need better photos. distance would be relative to the tunic and the wearer's size.

Much better pictures - now I can see that it is clearly an Artillerie tunic, and not the Infanterie that it first appeared...

Yeah, the first one I got from matheline.com the artellerie tunic is my tunic. So what do you guys think, are the shoulderboards too close to the edge, or does this happen with bigger tunics?

They look fine. Original boards were made in different sizes so that small soldiers or large soldiers did not have a similar problem. You may be able to find larger ones

Ok. Do you know of any places that I can get larger repro boards?

No I do not. I would guess most the repros are made in one size.
