HBT buttons

I heard today,that HBT buttons are the same as standard uniform buttons,the only difference being the "s"hooks that hold them on.Is this true,and how difficult and pricey would it be for me to obtain a full set of these hooks?Typical,i gave away a set of buttons recently and now,i need them!

It's correct that the buttons used with the HBT are the removable one with the "S" hooks.
