This looks to me like a modified Heer "Sniper Smock", hood removed and shortened. I would appreciate any and all opinions as to originality/authenticity and if any alterations look to have wartime craftsmanship, if that's possible to determine. Thank you in advance.

and also not "a sniper smock with the hood removed". This model did not have a hood at all. But as already said: not an original one and..... these smocks were not made in hbt sumpf camo.
