Unknown Armband

Seeking some help identifying this one. I've seen the State Service Armbands that are similar but never one in white? As always your help

I've seen these in white and yellow Sir... I guess the more familiar one in white has the "Heer" type bird on it...

Always seen them called "State Service" as well, even in white. Although, I don't ever remember anyone having the knowledge to say "exactly" what differentiated the white from the yellow...

i have also seen them in white and the white version seems considerably less common than the yellow version. As Duff noted, the reason for the two different versions is unknown (to the best of my knowledge).

As others said it is just another variation for whatever reason. There is also actually a green version I've seen maybe 1 or 2 times. Probably the rarest of the 3 colors no doubt.

I have a green one and was told by a German Vet that the color coding was for different status/job etc.
