Three pairs of tropical WH-Heeres straps...

Dear all,

Yesterday was one of my lucky days: I found three (matching) pairs of tropical WH (Heeres) EM-type straps respectively piped in the bright-green- ('Panzer-Grenadiere'), bordeaux-red- ('Nebeltruppen') and rust-brown- ('Kradfahrertruppen') branchcolours.....all three pairs are 'text-book' originals and came in a beautiful and/or hardly used condition.

These genuine tropical pairs are (as surely known) very hard to come by and I am very happy with them....all three pairs are for my private collection and are sadly NOT for sale....

I just wanted to share these nice pairs with you...

Nice straps but agree would like to see the undersides fully extended ? especially the nebel

You would have to be a blind man not to see these tropical straps are original pre-May 1945 manufacture.

Even without them being fully extended, I can match every one of them against a known wartime brought back strap.

I will say it once and say it again, amazing find does not get much better. Exactly how I collect them, stone cold mint or battle worn and faded.

The 3 Tropical pairs...

With pleasure do I include some full pictures of the backs of all three pairs....of interest is the fact that tall three pairs show slightly different fabric used on the tongues and also the fact that the 'Nebel--Truppen'-pair shows inked '11' -numerals.....
