maybe it is Austrian Bundesheer between 1920 and 1933. This embroidery was sewn directly onto the collar.

The details in the middle of the leaf are not uniform and therefore look "repro-ish" to me. Not a fan.,

Yes I think it is one made for the movies . I have not seen one like it in any pictures of WWI generals except the movie. Cliff
