Congratulations! Nice J. C. Maedicke set and nice silver second pattern summer uniform eagle IMO. Now you are only missing the first pattern silver bird (thin pin, diamond shaped breast feathers) to complete this set!

Mario at Hiscoll's Militaria just happens to have a nice silver Maedicke first pattern (item # 41303) if you are interested...
