and Size + RBNr info...but if its a "beute" conversion piece,
would such a RBNr stamp be appropriate?

Looks to be austrian made jacket.

Austrian pre war made EM jacket , converted to WH once.

OK so it probably on of these and reworked (which meant the RBNr got added)
This explains the large collar tab ghost!
