    Jacques,
Since you've been posting a good bit on Waffenfarbe and tropical/DAK items the last few days, I thought you might enjoy seeing the particular blue of these nachschubtruppen straps on my named bluse of Gefreiter Brehm captured in Afrika 8 May 1943.

Thanks for the interest gents! Jacques, since you began the thread and asked to see more, I'll gladly post a few photos here. I've been away from home for most of the summer, but will be returning home in a couple of weeks. When I do, I'll take some other good photos and start a new thread. The grouping included a good bit of this Soldier's story, including photos from training in Germany, his time in Afrika and his interment as a POW in the USA. It's the jewel of my small collection of tropical items.
          Best,
          Dan

This displays a nice technique of originally sewn collar litzen.

A lucky number "13" on his early shoulder straps. More to follow in a new thread in a few weeks.

I can certainly see why; they are super nice examples.
