Side opening,with no front fly which is kinda strange, at least for the Army. Never seen a female wearing camouflage. Jim

PS correction I have seen the winter camo suit in wear by females.

You never know, but I am also a bit skeptical with these being WW2 made. Maybe reenactors trousers?
