the stamp on this 2nd pattern tropical tunic is not very readable. Is the maker Albert Rastal?

Perhaps Albert Hilbert, uniform factory located in Rastatt Germany. Abbreviated to Alb. Hilbert?

Ahhh now i understood what you meant. Yes indeed the second word could possibly be Rastatt.

I believe you are right. Checking again all the letters with your suggestion they seem to match
