    Shoulderboards 212, 423, 316, 320 Unit

    Hello all,

May I ask if anyone has any shoulderboards or slip ons in his collection with unit markings related to the 212 Infanterie Division? Its units carrying number 212 and its infantry units Inf. Rgt. 316, 320 and 423? I only ever seen slip-ons with number 423. I want to know if more slip ons or shoulderboards exist.

    Thanks for your help!

      Congrats with your find!
I really like to collect these slip-ons and I've seen some huge collections here on the WAF from these. Small but interesting (and researchable) pieces of history!

Thanks, Marcel, managed to find evidence of "212" being worn and a "320" slip on exists too! When you dedicate yourself it is much more fun to find such evidence.

I believe at least 95% of these unit slides that one encounters are from the hoard found in Germany decades ago. You become familiar with these unit numbers (and letters) after a while. All other unit slides are comparatively scarce imo.
