Size is roughly a US 38R.

The reverse of the collar is just plain badge cloth other than a stiffener of buckram or something like it where the collar tabs are attached.

For me 100% put togehter! Nothings fits to the tunic!
Buttons are resewn, loops are resewn. The condition of tabs and boards did not fits to the tunic.
Okay could be promoted and upgraded from Oberst to Generalmajor, but here we have an Generalleutnent. So I would like to see mind tabs and boards!

I would not pay more as the parts are worth.

Though it could well be an upgraded tunic from a colonel's rank the position of the collar tabs is not appealing and the WW 2 EK 2 ribbon not overly convincing as well as the stitching of the tailor's label. If all original just not very attractive IMO.

Had you see a black label from that maker?. I own 2 tunics from that maker, but mine are different
