                        What a beautiful tunic!

Maybe Johnny R is too busy celebrating Cinco de Mayo to be looking at the forum right now. If you're really lucky, he may be sleeping off a killer hangover tomorrow and won't see it until early afternoon, but with a nasty headache, I warn you, he's going to be not only green with envy but in a foul mood to boot! Expect a request for about 100 more photos showing every minute detail of the tunic and cap.

I was working on pipelines along the Canadian border. I was lucky enough to have him share this with me when it was offered to him.

Darn, missed an opportunity to poke fun at you! Know it was much better in hand than in photos, so now I'm jealous.

You can still make fun I of me for being 13B, he just showed me photos, I have not seen it in hand. I actually thought the stamps were odd but was told they are okay. I am not real familiar with later issue M-43 tunics. This was E-44 if I remember. I never really get envious anymore. You cannot have everything I sort of have only focused on named groupings now.
