Is this am original 1945 or earlier made Bust? I wasn't sure which category to post this on so mods can move it if it fits better elsewhere.

HI...I have a similar piece that has a blue crown on the base. Same as yours?
I have always assumed it was an imperial or Weimar made bust but have not been able to find out about the maker mark.
