Are the lower pocket slantes?
It looks like a nice Reichswehr tunic style tunic for a Speiss

It looks to be a Reichswehr style tunic for a Feldwebel (NCO) used by a Wehrmacht Spiess or top sergeant in an armored unit indicated by the double rings around the cuffs. The little tag inside would be the fellow's name Krusdich. The condition appears to be very good and if any numbers are visible on the shoulder straps that would be even better. Loops on and above the left breast pocket are for badges and a ribbon bar. If you can get it for several hundred dollars it would be well worth buying as it is a desirable piece IMO.

Green bottle collar looks to be period added. Looks to be the soldiers personal preference. Nice example of it too.
