Need help identifying boards, Imperial?

I need help identifying these should boards, I believe that they might be pre-1914. But I am not sure. I searched in the Imperial section and couldn't find any helpful posts.

I would put these in the WW1 section. For the Prussian Blue Waffenrock no doubt!
(based on the Blue backing material) Not Wehrmacht-Heer related...
