collar tabs - help needed

Hi everybody,

I´ve been offered these collar tabs and wanted to know your opinions.
I know that the pics quality could be much better and hopefully I can provide better pics next week - but maybe you have some opinions yet.
Unfortunately I don´t have any pics of the reverse yet.

The backs of the tabs would be great. The last tab looks to have Wehrmacht LS medal devices where the gulls should be.

They are in really rough shape and the quality of the photo as a whole But I will reserve my final answer for after I see the backs.

What are those on the upper right hand side? I have never seen anything like it.

For me personaly... based on the photo... I would stay away.
