Hello,

This just came in the mail to me today from Germany. I have absolutely no idea if it was produced during the period or made afterwards for reunions. the markings on the bottom are not very clear and the engraving on the side says "Jager Division 1940-42" The 5th Div didn't become a Jager Div until 1942

Whenever it was made it fits my collection to a "T". It will now be my new Stammtisch decoration.

Nice! Here is a close relative also from the 5th Jager Division 1942-1943.

the bottom of the shell is marked:

75 DE C
H 11 4L 18 H

I believe its from a french weapon. 75 DE C for Canone 75mm De Campagne or 75mm Field
