Tropical tunic with insignia - opinion request

Any thoughts or opinions on this tunic with eagle, AFRIKAKORPS cuff and shoulder boards would be greatly appreciated.

Unissued 2nd pattern tropical tunic with original applied collar tabs, need to see interior of breast eagle application to determine if its postwar applied, from front it looks OK

Cufftitle is postwar applied IMO

Not a fan of the shoulder boards, however others may have different opinions

Also agree +2 The AKCT should not be there and photos of the straps do not inspire confidence, otherwise ok unissued tunic.

Question: the AKCT should not be there because the tunic is unissued? That is to say a tunic would not be issued with a cuff title.

Correct, Tropical tunics were not issued with cuff titles attached. If you see a mint unissued tunic with a cuff title, as is the case here, its been added post war to enhance the look of tunic.

Seems to be no shortage of unissued tunics that turn up with added cuff titles or medal loops, which is another red flag
