Fatigue jacket opinions (work jacket)

Can I have your opinions about this white work jacket?
Is it original WW2 time?

The collar seems to have been made into a stand-up collar (or it is just in a weird position on the pictures), apart from that it looks like a good original.

The jacket is original and depot dated 1939 but it looks like part of the front edges of the collar have been cut off and it was folded inside.
