Why fake? The code 1 = crafts so would they still not fit into that catagory?
Everything marked RBN was not military, correct?

This kind of trousers does not exist in the Wehrmacht.

No, RBNr. is military markings. But if it would have been military, they would have also marked the size.

IMO the white piece of cloth with Rbnr was definitely added later on to these pants, most likely came from an original pair of wool pants.
